Welcome Mark Terry & Alex Barthet
As you all know, the Attorney Breakfast Club offers lawyers an opportunity to learn what they weren’t taught in law school. We focus on our members being able to efficiently give out referrals to other members in order to provide them with marketing and management tools to run a successful firm. Two of our members came to join us this meeting: Mark Terry and Alex Barthet.
Mark Terry is a recognized expert in patent and trademark law. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Physics and Mathematics from American University and received his Juris Doctor degree in the Intellectual Property Sequence from George Mason University of Law. His services include: copyrights, intellectual property litigation, licensing agreements, local counsel representation, patents, trade secrets and trademarks.
Alex Barthet focuses on construction law, such as construction lien/bond disputes, construction defects, construction contract review and debt collection. He received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami. His services include: business disputes, construction and insurance defense.
